i had a wonderful stay at gran! the double room was spacious, and the bed was super comfy. the breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of options, including fruits and pastries. the hotel is conveniently located near the entrance of town, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. plus, enjoying a relaxing bath in my very own jacuzzi was such a treat!

Couple's perfect getaway

Our stay here was nothing short of very nice. The staff came through, especially when they surprised us with a celebratory bottle of champagne at breakfast, a touch that spoke volumes!

It was a commendable fit for a short visit in Bilbao with good value. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in two weeks of travel. Make sure to use the free shuttle service to downtown and the Guggenheim.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, with a really comfortable king-size bed that made it easy to rest after a long day of exploring. I enjoyed the amazing breakfast buffet with a wide selection of delicious food and beverages. The location was convenient for walking into the old town. A bus stop was right outside, which helped a lot. However, the area around the hotel felt a bit rough with some unsavory characters nearby, making us a little uneasy on our way to the old town. The bathroom could also use a safety bar for added security while using the shower. In addition, I found the Wi-Fi connection to be unreliable, which complicated our planning for daily outings. Despite these drawbacks, the staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience.

I had a wonderful one-night stay with my family in a spacious premium triple room. The beds were super comfy, and we especially loved the breakfast, which had plenty of delicious choices! The staff were friendly, making our experience even better. Plus, enjoying our own jacuzzi after a long day was a real treat!

My stay at Gran in Bilbao was fantastic! The staff provided really good service, the room featured a fine view and was spacious for my partner and me. Breakfast offered an excellent selection, from pastries to healthy options. The uphill return walk was a slight challenge.

The room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a stunning view. It was just a 5-minute walk to the old town and the bus to the city was conveniently located right outside. The breakfast selection was vast and catered well to vegetarians. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The room was super spacious and clean. Loved the king-size bed, it just swallowed me up in comfort. Great shower with a rainfall option and multiple settings was a plus. Nice touch with the Nespresso machine in the room too. The only downside was the mini-fridge — couldn't use it unless I had the keycard in. Overall, very relaxing stay.

This hotel is perfect for me! The staff are incredibly helpful. they even returned my forgotten documents during my first stay. I love the air conditioning, clean rooms, and 24-hour reception. I'm definitely coming back for the new year!
